In partnership with its local partner, Sirius, study to set up a local production of maïze within one or several farms in order to supply the local breweries of Castel with maïze grits. The mission of classM consisted in:
Confirming technical hypothesis on maïze production in the local context
Identifying available lands and disign adapted technical practices
Confirming upstream suppliers (agricultural inputs, equipments, etc.), operational organization (HR needs, planning), and local administrative procedures
Defining the optimal sizing of the activity based on investment datas
