Training in local economic development project management

This training course, led by classM experts, is aimed at executives and managers of ESG departments in the mining and oil industries in charge of social performance, local economic development issues and Local Content strategies. It provides them with tools and methods for implementing and reporting on more sustainable, more effective and better managed projects. Details are available in this presentation.

The course is organized in two phases:

  • 3 days in-person on May 28, 29 and 30, 2024 in Abidjan.
  • 4 online coaching sessions, organized during the year following the training, to ensure operational implementation of the tools within the teams: 2 one-to-one and 2 group sessions.
